By accessing and using Fenlor Tech's cloud platform and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Fenlor Tech provides cloud computing services including but not limited to:

  • Managed Kubernetes hosting
  • Serverless application deployment
  • Secure object storage
  • Private networking
  • CI/CD pipeline management
  • Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Security and compliance monitoring

3. User Accounts

To access our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our Services. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

8. Intellectual Property

Fenlor Tech and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenlor Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be suspended, and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
